I specialize in working with anxiety and depression, life/career transitions, empaths/highly sensitives, creatives/artists, perfectionism, familial or relational issues, identity issues, trauma, grief, and spiritual/existential issues.

Potent sessions that go way beyond traditional talk therapy, exploring your present-moment experience from multiple perspectives to allow for deep insight and awareness to organically emerge

Tools & resources to deepen our work and carry it into your life (anything from nervous system regulation to mindfulness practices to books/information on topics of interest to you)
